Glenn Herring serves as the Worship Pastor of Heber Springs Baptist Church. He has served in bi-vocational ministry spanning 44 years – since 1982. During that time, he also served as full-time Associate Pastor of Worship for five years in upstate New York while being involved in planting two new churches.
His goal in worship is to foster an environment and attitude of worship which encompasses all ages and encourages them to lift their voices in praise and worship to our Lord! Painting a broad brushstroke of worship with varying styles of music, singing is one aspect of worship in which the entire congregation can actively participate.

Glenn was ordained to the ministry in 1990. He and his wife, Julia, have been married for 42 years and have three grown children with families of their own. They have, and are enjoying, eleven grandchildren!
